DOT Physicals

DOT physicals for CDL holders. Drivers are screened based on regulations from the FMSCA. Medical Exam Certification uploaded to the Iowa DOT and the US Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration upon passing your exam.

Medical screening exams provided for fever, sore throat, cough, or other minor illnesses. Also providing laceration repair and care of minor injuries. Referral to other specialties can be provided if needed. Schedule by appointment only

Joint Injections

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy uses injection of a concentration of a patient’s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, and joints. In this way, PRP injections use each individual patient's own healing system to improve musculoskeletal problems. Synvisc and steroid injections are also provided. We will discuss the best option for you.
